New Pick Up Procedures – Beginning Monday March 21st 2016
Due to the increased number of car riders this year, we have some traffic flow issues, particularly in the afternoon. After collaborating with the Catoosa Transportation Director, Campus Police and City Police, we have come up with a solution.
Beginning Monday, March 21st, parents will need to pick-up students at the back door by the cafeteria. Cars should enter and exit the Cherokee parking lot from W. Elm Street not Cherokee Street. Parents are asked to remain in their cars and should not park and approach the doors on foot.
Buses will enter from Cherokee Street picking up students in the front. This is for afternoon pick up only.
Morning drop off will remain the same, with buses unloading at the back door and car riders unloading in the front.
Please call if you have questions or concerns.
