Welcome to Cherokee Elementary!  Here are the things you will need to enroll at Cherokee as a new student:

1. A Birth Certificate

2. Shot Records

3. Two Proofs of Residency which may include a water bill, electric or gas bill.  The address and name of parent or guardian must appear on the bill as well as the address.

4. Please bring your CDIB card if you are of indian heritage.

5. Please bring a copy of your students IEP if they are a Special Education student.
