On February 9th and April 19th students in grades 6th - 12th will be dismissed at 1:30 PM. The buses will run one hour early. ALL teachers will be required to participate in vertical planning with the high school teachers by subject area. This early school dismissal is only for Wells Middle School and Catoosa High School.

Please mark your calendars and join us for Wells Middle School's Family Fun Night. This event is free. Prizes will be given and one lucky participant will win a Wii Gaming System! The evening will have games that the whole family can enjoy. We hope to see you there.

State Testing:
Parents please try and make sure that your student gets plenty of rest the night before and eats a good breakfast the morning of testing as to afford each student the ability to pass their end of the year testing. While there are make-up days built into the testing schedule, it is still very important that each student be present on the days of testing to ensure that they are able to take each of their tests.
Test dates are as follows:
February 21-22 8th Grade Writing Test
April 12 6th Grade reading Test and 8th Grade History Test
April 13 make-up testing
April 16 7th Grade Geography Testing
April 17 make-up testing
April 18 8th Grade Science, 7th Grade reading and 6th Grade Math Testing
April 19 make-up testing and early release from school at 1:30PM
April 23 8th Grade Reading Testing
April 24 7th Grade Math Testing
April 25 8th Grade Math testing
April 26 make-up testing
May 1 make-up testing
May 2 Algebra I testing
