Important Update: Tech Campus Transportation Changes
We’ve made a few updates to our transportation plan that will affect students attending Tulsa Tech campuses for the 2025–2026 school year:
Morning Transportation:
The 7:00 AM and 2:50 PM Broken Arrow buses have been removed from the route list.
All students will now board the 6:30 AM Tech/Catoosa bus to the Rogers Hub.
From there, Tulsa Public Schools will transport students to their assigned Tech campus.
Afternoon Transportation:
At 2:50 PM, students will ride a Tulsa Public Schools bus from their Tech campus back to the Rogers Hub.
At the Rogers Hub, students will transfer to the Tech/Catoosa bus to return to Catoosa.
Midday Adjustment:
Riverside campus students will now ride the Lemley/Catoosa midday bus.
They will no longer use the Broken Arrow/Catoosa midday route.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we streamline transportation to better serve all our students. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Gary Williams, Director of Transportation, for questions. gwilliams@catoosa.k12.ok.us

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, we want to share an important update about how we will be handling student medications at Catoosa Public Schools.
Beginning next school year, our school will no longer be administering morning medications to students. With the addition of two more grade levels at one of our sites, we will now have seven grades in a single building for the first time. This significant growth means more students in the building, more activity in the nurse’s office, and a greater need to streamline routines for safety and efficiency. Adjusting how we manage medication is a practical and necessary step as we continue to support the health needs of all students.
This change is also in line with procedures followed by many surrounding districts, which have made similar updates to better meet the demands of growing school populations and ensure safe practices throughout the school day.
To help with this transition, any prescription medication that needs to be administered during school hours must have a specific time of administration clearly printed on the pharmacy label. This time must be assigned by your child’s healthcare provider. Medications that do not include a specific time on the label will not be accepted at school.
We kindly ask that you work with your child’s doctor and pharmacist to ensure that any school-time prescriptions include the required timing.
We understand this change may require a few adjustments at home, and we truly appreciate your support as we make these updates in the best interest of our students. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact the school nurse.
Thank you for your continued partnership.
